The restaurant is open to the public and guests of the Relais offering a veritable gastronomic tour each evening. Traditional and nouveau recipes are blended by the prestigious chef who is adept at interpreting peasant foods and Renaissance cuisine.

Overlooking the swimming pool and the Tuscan village of Montepulciano, a dinner at the Relais restaurant can take you on a journey to discover crostini, toasted Tuscan bread with various toppings, acqua cotta, ribollita, a soup of black Tuscan cabbage, steaks from the famous Chianina cattle grilled over charcoal, with refined risottos, beautifully composed with vegetables. Handmade pastas can be combined with fresh fish or woodland game, followed by infinitely tempting desserts.

Good local wines are available as well as the rare Brunello wines, vintage Chiantis, and white Vino Nobile providing the perfect match for an ideal dining experience.

A full breakfast is included in the price of your accommodations at the Relais. Lunch is also served by the pool or inside the dining room adjacent to the pool with menu pricing.
